Q. We are thinking about building a house, what services do you provide?

A. Keith Designs Inc. does complete plans for remodels and additions to custom homes. We do design work and project
consulting from vacant lots to project completion, including the permit process. We work together with our Surveyors, Engineers
and consultants from the start of the project to completion to insure you a quality product. We use a 3-D C.A.D. system that
allows you to fully understand what your project will look like when complete.

Q. We have looked through your web site and are ready to start the process, what is the first step?

A. You can call Rob and schedule an appointment at our office. We do this to get to know each other, get some starter
information from you, and discuss time lines, budgets and contracts. We would then schedule a time to do a site consultation.

Q. What does it cost to design a house?

A. The cost can vary greatly depending on what type of house, topography, planning issues etc. We charge hourly and put
a cap on our labor not to exceed an established amount depending on your project. We also include on our itemized invoice
all surveying, engineering, consulting, printing costs, permits etc. Basically a time and material arrangement, you only pay for
what we do.

Q. We don’t have a contractor, do you have contractors you work with?

A. Yes we do. We try to work closely with preferred contractors to insure we are designing within your budget and provide
you a quality and affordable home. See our related links.

Q. Where are most of your projects located?

A. Most of our projects are in Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties, but we have gone as far as Stanislaus, Mono and Plumas
Counties to name a few.
